Terms of use
These terms cover this marketing website and the waitlist. The product itself is in private beta; product-specific terms will appear separately when the product becomes generally available.
1. Who you're agreeing with
The crawin website is operated by AWARE GmbH, an Austrian limited-liability company, registered at FN 357830 x, Handelsgericht Wien. Address and full impressum on the about page.
2. What this site is
crawin.eu is a marketing surface for the crawin SBOM and EU CRA compliance product, plus a waitlist for early access. The product is not generally available at the time you are reading this.
3. Permitted use
- You may read, share, and reference any content on this site.
- You may submit your email to the waitlist if it is a valid email and you have the authority to subscribe it.
- You may not scrape, copy, or re-host the site or its contents at scale without written permission.
- You may not attempt to access non-public endpoints, abuse our forms, or distribute malware via our submission paths.
4. Accuracy
Every statement on this site is written to be accurate as of the date posted. We update sections when the EU CRA timeline, ENISA guidance, or our own product roadmap changes. The site is informational, not legal advice — if you need to know whether the CRA applies to your specific product, talk to a qualified compliance consultant or lawyer.
5. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is." We make no warranties that any third-party content we cite (regulation texts, NVD entries, ENISA bulletins) is current at the moment you read it. Always verify time-sensitive compliance information against the official source.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Austrian law, AWARE GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not affect rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Austrian or EU law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive venue for disputes is Vienna, Austria, subject to mandatory consumer-protection venues.
8. Changes
We update these terms as the product matures. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes get a heads-up to anyone on the waitlist.
9. Contact
Legal questions: legal@crawin.eu. Everything else lives on the contact page.
